Dr. Lepresto always gives us treatment options and all of our dogs that we have had over the years as if they were his dogs. East York can get very busy at times which causes some wait time which is about the only negative part of East York Vet. We are currently on our 4th dog that East York Vet has cared for.

I always have a great experience here. The wait time was very minimal, the staff is always extremely nice, and the vet tech who worked with Hunter was so great with him. Dr.Lopresto is the best vet I have ever worked with and I don't want to see any other vet for my animals. 10/10, great job East York Vet!! Thanks for all that you do for the furry babies :)

Although we had to wait a bit to be seen by the doctor, the staff was very efficient and thorough in the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of my 2 pups. Things were explained to me at every step. Quotes were provided prior to work being done as the examination progressed. The doctor and assistant were very caring and gentle with my pets.

Overall the visit went well and the staff are all friendly. We made a request to accommodate our older dog that can’t stand for long periods of time and we spent fifteen minutes after we checked in to go back to the exam room, then another fifteen minutes to see the vet tech and the overall process took about an hour before we had him back in the car.

It seems like communications between the various steps of the process (scheduling, tech screening, vet exam, checkout) is poor and things get missed.
