It's been very good up until recently. All my questions have been answered and i'm pleased with the work but lately i've been very confused and not my usual happy self.
I don't like the many current mix ups with invoices, the fact that i went weeks with sensitivity to my gums and every time i explained that i had pain it was like the very first time that i brought it up. i paid close to $250 for an ozone treatment to eliminate the pain and it didn't work when i actually needed a root canal. Even though it might have helped a little it was a waste of my money because i ended paying $800 towards a root canal after all.
I know there has been some changes to the staff and i mean no offense, but i really enjoyed my chats with gail.
Please no more surprises or mistakes because in any other business, if you quote a price you always honor it even if it was error. Or, you could have reached out to warn me so i could have prepared myself and not felt like a jerk.
I really think a better response could have been to apologize and then offer a discount of some sort on the new total.
