This is tough, although it should be a complete 5-star review although three people had the same exact Essence Facial and had three totally different experiences. We were there celebrating two birthdays and one birthday girl didnt get the honey, light / music, or any upgrade / add on options.

Such a beautiful facility. The outdoor garden is fabulous. So appreciate being able to use the facility for an extended period of time before or after treatment. Every detail has been considered in making you feel indulgent and pampered.

I love the spa as it’s so relaxing and beautiful. I didn’t love the massage. I didn’t appreciate walking into the massage and the up sell charges.

Came to EAU with my daughters for the weekend it is absolutely beautiful!!! I booked a massage with “Kelly”, she was amazing and I think it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She was very professional, pleasant, and experienced. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and will request her for my future appointments!
