The process went well. I was informed about what was going to be done and then kept informed during the various parts of the procedure as to how things were going. So far, so good with the post recovery. Thumbs up!! The only draw back is the hour plus drive to get to the office, but that was my choice. Someone else might not want to drive that far. That's why the 9 in the overall feedback. No reflection against excellent the staff and service at Eau Claire Periodontics.
