Dr. Alcyen Johnson was very professional and thorough. She gave my horse the best vet check I have ever experienced. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her.

I came here after reading an abundance of 5 star reviews on Yelp! They took really good care of my dog Brittany who needed to be sedated to clean a bad bacterial & yeast infection from her ears. Brittany is doing so much better today, the price was reasonable and they even clipped her nails as a courtesy. I was really pleased that their invoice was very detailed in describing the visit, Brittany 's condition and exactly what she had, how it was treated, the medications applied and what they did as well, which was a big help for me, as I did not see the vet when I picked Brittany up and had thought she was suffering from ear mites, which was not the case.

I felt very comfortable with the people at ECLAP and am happy to say I have found a new vet, after 34 years of using a veterinarian clinic in Lakeside, whom I no longer trust after receiving the wrong medication from them twice plus their current staff is rude and seems to care more about themselves than their customers and their pets.

Amazing, very open and comfortable experience for owner and pet alike. I was with Timber the entire time and I know it gave him comfort and made me comfortable as well knowing every step of what was happening during his minor surgery. I am changing all my dogs to ECLAP care. City vets take your pet in th ack and you sit in anxious wonder of what could be going on and your pet is scared to death with unknown people.
