Eclips is a lovely hair salon. The atmosphere is bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The stylist I see gives a great hair cut; she is a good listener to my requests, and she doesn't cut more than you ask, but she makes excellent suggestions if you are uncertain about what you want. She is expert with highlights and other color. She is also very pleasant and so are the shampoo and the reception desk people.
