Yes, don't waste your money on this place. Don't buy groupons or whatever deals they may be having. We dropped by today with my Mom who happens to be celebrating her birthday and was turned away! That's right, they did not honor our special promotions certificates ($40 for a service worth $90). The receptionist claimed that we should have called and made an appointment, BUT it says on the certificate "appointment not required". NEVERTHELESS, my sister did call the salon many many many times beforehand to make an appointment just to make sure that they would take us in since there was going to be 5 of us. They kept insisting that she didn't need to make one, that to "just show up." And so we all excitedly went there, eager to treat our Mom to this surprise only to be embarrassed! RIGHT, they wouldn't even take my Mom alone! Claimed they are so busy (Friday 2pm) when indeed the place was so quiet. I have no words for this kind of customer service! I am extremely disappointed! I felt so bad for my Mom us dragging her all the way there for that?!? I would give below one star if I could. Also, I agree with the other reviewer, shame on AVEDA for partnering with this place!

The staff was very friendly and professional in attending to the clients that were there during my appointment. It seems that this salon is starting out, very minimal decor and supplies for clients to purchase. They are listed as an Aveda salon and I use the Aveda products but could not find my products there to purchase; they had a smalll inventory. The stylist was great and did a fabulous job on my cut.

I look forward to going to this salon again and also look forward to them growing as a salon/spa.

For a $55 pedicure, I shouldn't have to go home and fix it myself. I do feel bad because the girl was nice, but the pedicure was streaky and I left with nail polish on the skin surrounding my toes. I could've done a better job myself without paying $55 + tip. It was also difficult to make an appointment and they never answer the phones. Also, I was the only one there when I was there on a Saturday which makes me think they won't stay in business much longer.

Awful customer service, mediocre results, and it is impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I planned on visiting this spa after purchasing some groupons. On my first visit I got a facial. The facial was nothing special and when the esthetician went to use a steam machine on me, it squirted hot water all over my arm. She then proceeded to tell me they've been having problems with it so she put a hot rag on my face insteadI could've done that myself. If I were paying the full price of $50 I would not have been a happy customer. When I went to schedule the appointment to use my other groupon, it was impossible to get them to answer, call me back, or provide consistent information. I ended up calling groupon and getting my money back for the groupons because I couldn't deal with their poor customer service. There are much better salons/spas in this area so don't waste your time with this one. I would be VERY surprised if they were still open a year from today. Aveda should be ashamed to be associated with them. Lastly, the hours shown are not accurate. They are only open until 5pm during the week which makes it close to impossible for people who work to get there.

Sometimes they don't take credit cards. They never take checks. They don't confirm appts. Their website is not always up and running. They close without calling their customers. Good luck.

I tried for literally 2 weeks to make a pedicure appointment - emails, phone calls, everything. I finally gave up - no one ever got back to me - and went somewhere else. I was a returning customer - but not anymore.

I was scheduled for a manicure, pedicure and facial today. In trying to make the appointment it took three phone calls one from me to the salon, and I use that word loosely, which was answered by someone still talking to someone else who told me she needed to check on a client could she call me back. When she called me back she couldn't schedule my services until she checked to see if the facialist could fit me in and she would be in "soon" could she call me back. Third phone call and the appointment was scheduled. I was looking forward to this when I received a call this morning saying the person who would be doing my manicure/pedicure wasn't feeling well and I would be unable to have them done. I asked if someone else could do them and was told that she was the only one scheduled for the day. Since I am moving at the end of the week and would be unable to reschedule I had them cancel the whole thing. I called a spa up the street who got me right in that afternoon. Not sure how this place operates with one technician per service. I was a little leary having read their reviews but thought how bad can it be. Well...
