The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable at our first appointment. I needed extra hands to help with my two dogs and the staff were incredibly nice about the situation. The shots that were needed were given quickly and the staff distracted my dog in the cutest way to make her less stressed.I’ve only had the one experience but considering my anxiety was through the roof anticipating the appointment and I left there smiling, I would highly recommend.

Always nice and helpful, a 9 only because sometimes one cannot get an appointment, but at other vets we could never get emergency appointments, with comments next available in 3-4 weeks.
