I have brought both of my cars here in the past and have only had two issues. The first one was due to a minor delay which I was ok with after understanding the problems present earlier this year. The second time was this visit with my BMW. I was first told that I would receive call backs with a specified amount of time which I did not and then there was work done on my car which caused the delay without my notice. I understand that this needed to be done however when I was constantly following up about when I should expect my car this issue was not brought to my attention until I called the next day (a day after I was actually supposed to pick up my car) and told my axel needed to be replaced which is what caused the delay. Now, because I was gauranteed that my car was to be fixed within the day that I dropped it off I did not make any provisions to get a ride to and from my office as well as appointments I had scheduled that I had to cancel. I had to take a cab from Surrey Central to South SUrrey and then the next morning the same thing which was an additional $90.00 I should not have had to pay.
Needless to say a shop I once trusted and recommended to family members without hesitation is now not my first point of contact unfortunately. I wish you all the best Asim however, until your staff is able to keep the clients up to date my mind will not change. If I hear in the future that changes have been made to customer follow-up, I may reconsider.
