Very busy place so it can be difficult to get through to the receptionist to book an appointment and poor parking options when you go. When I arrived there was a wait to check in (front desk people busy with customers or on phone) and nowhere to sit in the tiny waiting area. They used to offer you water or tea but nothing (the masseuse did offer thank goodness). The actual room was ok but the bed/table's headrest kept moving and made it hard to relax. The masseuse CONNOR deserves 5 stars for being cordial and outstanding for his technique/pressure. But overall it wasn't the spa escape or relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for especially at the price charged.

Very clean, quaint spa like environment. Lucia was an amazing waxer. It was the least amount of pain I’ve ever had during a waxing session. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.
