I had an January 22nd at one o'clock, to which my hairstylist was twenty minutes late. My friend, Kathleen O'Reilly originally booked the appointment, and did make mention that I have very long and thick hair. However it seemed that the thickness of my hair caused an issue, and because of that, the appointment would take longer. Overall the stylist seemed rushed, frazzled, and generally unorganized. Perhaps I misunderstood the nature of the appointment, but I was under the impression that it included a wash, blow dry, and styling. However, it seemed like an added measure to have my hair washed, and then dried, because that would take longer, again because of the thickness of my hair. She did an excellent job styling my hair, and I was pleased with the end result. However, I was uncomfortable during the appointment, and it wasn't the best experience I've had at Edges. I did email this concern in a few days ago, and I apologize if this is redundant.
