Very poor communication when there are changes. Equipment is generally well maintained although the last few times i have been there there was always one or two machines down.

Very nice facility! Kind of has an old school feel, which I love! The young man showing me around did a great job! Love the nutrition store!

Love the gym and love the equipment. Love the easy access to it and the location.

The only thing I can not stand is the music you play. I know you can not satisfy everyone but so many seem to bring their own music so as not have to listen to hard metal. Us "Older Folks" still love the old rock and roll. That is good music to work out to. Thank you for letting me share my thoughts.

I live in Keizer, Oregon, & I just recently joined Edge by paying for a full year at one time. While I really like the gym, & the quality machines, & even the employees, I must be truthful & say I DISPISE the "music" that's quite regularly being played overhead. It's loud, raucous, non-musical noise, NOT music to work out by. My neighbor also joined when I did, & he says that the racket makes him feel like he's going insane, & I agree. We've both mentioned this to a few employees, & they just smile & say that the "music" gets changed regularly. And to their credit, a time or two, when we've talked to them, they have changed it to rock & roll, which has a great workout rythym as well. They say that lots of the members like the racket that's usually being played. But I beg to differ; if that was indeed a fact, then why are most of the folks working out with their personal iphones or ipods or whatever, with ear buds in place?? If they indeed liked what was being played, I'd think they might not feel the need to bring their electronics into the gym! If we thought we could perhaps get our money refunded, we might even do that & try to find another gym to work out in. This one is quite close to home, & is therefore preferable to one further away, so if this review is worth anything to the powers-that-be, your intervention in this matter would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thank you.

EFT is a great place to come and get fit. It had been many years since I belonged to a gym, but the staff at EFT made me feel comfortable. They showed me how to use the machines. EFT also has a variety of classes and services to help every level of individual be successful at meeting their goals!

The gym was fine but I moved 20 miles away and needed to cancel my membership. When I went in to the Keizer location, I was asked to sign twice on an electronic pad and yold to have a nice day. When I asked for a copy of the cancellation or email confirmation, the lady said "we don't have anything to hand out but it's taken care of." I suggest working on this with your employees and keeping in mind thae customer experience. Maybe if I didn't feel so uneasy I might recommend this place confidently to a friend. Thanks.
