The only issue I have is with the initial email I received to set up an appointment. When making my appointment I assumed I was setting it up with the vet I see on a regular basis. When I arrived, I was informed it was with a different vet. The doctor that met with my dog and I was excellent, but not the doctor I consider to be "my dog's vet". If the appointment website does provide a spot to choose a vet, please make it more noticeable, and if the site doesn't offer that option, it should.
I appreciate getting the email reminding me that it's time to set an appointment, but from now on I will call to make sure that my dog and I see my dog's awesome vet.
