In fairness<, I came to this practice after my previous dentist retired. It was a single dentist, one assistant, and one hygenist. The office manager called once to remind me two days before the appointment.
Edlund Dental doesn't appear to be a big practice but acts like one.
It's a culture shock to be pestered by software about an appointment, by SMS and email for weeks, have a reception staff that doesn't know my name (no one else is showing up for my appointment).
