worst experience of my life, treated terribly after being a patient for 21 years! One minute late to a never heard of before 10 minute window. Wasted an entire morning so the desk person could make her day. Will never go back and need all of my records asap for my new dentist.

Our office has always disclosed that we cannot have patients be more than 10 minutes late. This is in consideration for the doctor, hygienist, and other patients.
