We just moved to the area and were given your name from Robin Blunt. I am very happy with the referral as you were so patient with my stressed out baby. We just moved a month ago and while he's doing better every day, he is still anxious at times. The staff there was amazing and I feel better knowing that in the future my big eared baby Rocky will be in good hands. :)

Positive experiences at Edwardsville Pet Hospital. The staff is efficient, thorough, and friendly. I like that they practice fear free techniques and don't keep the animals waiting in the waiting room where the anxiety ramps up. Instead, we're shown to a room right away. Dr. Phillips is thorough, compassionate, and takes her time with gentle exams and when discussing diagnosis and treatment options.

Everything was fine as it usually is on my visit. This visit was just to get medication for my dog. However, it was handled very efficiently and personnel were professional as well as polite!!
