I was very displeased with last contact with e fire. I feel I was overcharged for the service rendered. If there was a change in change in the services it should have been explained before service was done. ALBERT COLLINS !!

I have had very few issues over the years of service, but with a simple phone call to David all was fixed by Bill most of the time.

The only thing I see that could be a big HELP to customers would be more field techs making random checks to make sure all is up to date and not relaying on just the tech. I have seen here where corners have been cut and this could be another point of contact to stop a OHSA violation to a company.
