I rate the quality of the care excellent. The hygienist was skilled and friendly. The negative on my 6/13 visit was that I arrived at 8 sharp for my 8 AM appointment and the door was locked and office dark. I got in my car to leave when the front office person arrived. She went to the door, then ran back to her car. She finally opened the door. I followed her in. She didn’t acknowledge me or turn on the lobby light, but rather went into the back. I sat in the dark for a short bit. She turned on the light, sat at her computer, and said I’m sorry, they’ll be out to get you. None of it was the end of the world. I’ve been late for work a time or two myself. I just think the polite thing to do when she opened the office door was to turn on the light, welcome me in and acknowledge my presence.

I had an emergency crown reattachment over the holiday weekend. Dr. Ritchey fit me in and I was back to having a normal mouth. Best dentist in all of Santa Fe. I am lucky to have her in my backyard. Thank you Dr. Ritchey and staff.
