At Element, we believe in a creative environment that inspires texture, color, and contemporary, wearable, beautiful hair. Always expanding the craft with new techniques, education takes the lead role in our Studio. We participate in hair shows, educational seminars and hands on workshops featuring top stylists from here at home, New York City, Los Angeles and Europe. We also have the privilege of hosting seminars from artists abroad in our studio space here in Waterloo. Element Hair is also the multiservice studio, designed to perform hair services while offering manicure and pedicure services done at the same time. This saves our guests time. Also our aestheticians are certified for world renowned Dermalogica Microzone facials. We are proud our new Studio space on The Boardwalk in Waterloo was created by local workmanship. Element's Color Bar is powered by Goldwell which delivers fantastic depth, the richest pigments, while reducing ecological impact. Caring for your hair is important to us. We only use and sell products that meet our standards. Element created it's own signature brand of shampoos, conditioners, and styling products, using botanic ingredients which are made right here in Canada. We are Waterloo Region's first and only Arrojo NYC Ambassador Salon. Arrojo is lead by internationally acclaimed artist Nick Arrojo (TLC's What Not To Wear). As an Ambassador Salon we receive training from Nick and his team. Arrojo products deliver performance and are available at our Studio. We are inspired by Nick's philosophy and proud to be part of the Arrojo tribe! Personal attention and customer service is a priority at Element Hair.

Our girl, Hunnie was born Nov 8, 2008. She became a regular at Lane Veterinary Services when diagnosed diabetic in 2015. Hunnie was a model patient and loved the staff at Lane Veterinary Service. She lived a full life in spite of quickly going blind after her diagnosis. This is due to the wonderful care she received and thorough training we received for her care. Hunnie lived to 11 years old, which is average for her breed. She may still be around had she not gotten an infection. Hunnie was too weak from her illness and age to put her through surgery. We had to make the difficult decision to end her suffering. On December 29, 2019 Dr. Lane and Patsy helped Hunnie cross that Rainbow Bridge. They were so respectful of her and us throughout the process. The Lane Family remain a part of our family. Though my husband and I are not yet able to open our hearts to a new fur baby, our son's family take their little Lucy to Dr. Lane.
