My dental visit today was really great because I no longer fear the dentist. Well, I no longer fear one particular & amazing dentist that I must talk to you about and that would be Dr Nick Mobilia. For all you scaredy cat patients such as myself, Dr Mobilia is a very caring and compassionate dentist that does exceptional work. He has corrected not only my front teeth but also has made my fears and apprehensions go away. His office is meticulously clean and smells good, unlike most dental offices. I get a feeling you can really trust this doctor. Years ago, I had some really bad dental work that was done by someone else. Dr Mobilia did a fabulous job by making a new bridge that gave me my old smile back. My front teeth look really, really great and I get compliments about my smile. Don't wait, get your work done in this office and I'm sure you'll have a really great experience like I did. Dr Mobilia is the best dentist ever for all but especially apprehensive patients. Go there now!

Hi Jennifer, my name is Lucy and I am the Office Manager at Elite Dental Arts. Our office strives for the best possible experience offering only the best treatment option for you in a nice friendly and clean environment. Our team takes our jobs seriously and we are sad to hear that you did not have the best experience during your cleaning appointment. I would be more than willing to offer you another cleaning session with our hygienist free of charge to make things up and as an act of good faith. As you know when you first called and spoke to me, our hygienist is on her summer schedule and you agreed to have your teeth cleaned by the doctor. Under normal circumstances, a new patient is seen by the hygienist who takes radiographs, intra-oral photos, does periodontal charting and takes study models if necessary. All this data is compiled and given to the doctor who interprets it and then does your exam and shows the areas of concern on a large screen monitor. This process does take some time but as I heard the doctor explain to you there is a need for a baseline initially but then all your appointments are really quick and on time. Once again, we whole heartedly and sincerely apologize and will be contacting you for the cleaning offer from our hygienist as we wish you only the best in health!!!
