Elite facial Plastic surgery of Tampa. I knew about it when I decided to enhance my appearance. I was searching for a trusting place and an experienced Dr. in this area. Of course my experience was superior than what I expected, without pain and with a quick healing process. Dr. Dominic Castellano did an excellent job with my first ever visit. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great. They were always helpful and kind. They insured I had a smooth prep period, surgery, and follow-up. I’m so glad I chose Elite Plastic Surgery of Tampa. Dr. Castellano is incredible not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a Dr that combines such a personal touch and care for patients as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I would highly recommended to anyone.

I had a neck lift in Dec 2020. I'm 56 but noticed slack in my neck at about the age of 43. I am so overjoyed with the return of my youthful jawline. The staff are warm, friendly and fun. The process was easy and painless. I might have taken one or two Ibuprofen over the weekend. I took off work Thursday (procedure), Fri, Mon and Tuesday to wear the head brace, back to work Wednesday. The swelling was minimal, the tiny scar under my chin is flattening and fading every day - truly! No significant bruising. Zero regrets throwing down this kind of money on myself. First "work done" ever. In the mirror I see this person I've always known, always been at home with. The neck laxity is gone thus making me appear as the energetic woman I am. I cannot thank Dr. Castellano and his staff enough for helping my shine brightly into 2021.

Dr Dominic is excellent in the differences between men and women facial maintenance needs i.e. he’s great for men who want more subtle improvements that your friends and family wonder how you still look fresh but don’t see any obvious signs of intervention!

Everyone is so kind and caring. I was nervous for surgery but Doctor J and Nurse Lisa kept me talking and explained everything. Dr. Castellano is the absolute best! Even Chrissy came by to check on me and wish me well. Don’t hesitate to come in!
