The nurse and doctor was nice and very plesant to work with. The front desk staff, not so much! My daughters opened the front door to the office before I could pick up my little Dashound after a potty break. The front staff wasnt so happy about it and they were rude. One lady gave my daughter a leash and told her to put it on our dog. I explained to them about us just getting back from vacation and I just picked up our dogs. I didnt even think to grab a leash from my house before picking the dogs up from the setter. I apologized several times. It is a "PET PLACE" after all. Needless to say, I probably will not be back with my little dogs. Word to the wise, "You attract more bee's with honey"
I was greeted by the courteous staff upon arrival. We were about fifteen minutes early but the staff proceeded to check us in and assign us an exam room. The vet tech and the doctor were very personable and good at explaining what they were doing and why.The doctor was excellent at diet and nutrition explanations.
They were very busy the morning off my appointment. A lot of walk in patients. My appointment was for 9am, but didn't get seen until after 10am. They were under staffed, but very apologetic the whole time! As busy as they were, they still took the time to do a thorough exam on my Maggie. I bet all of them were ready for a nap by the close of business.
