After seeking a place for me to get haircuts, I came across Elle and decided to give it a try, being that I am looking for a place that is privately owned and open after I finish work. Ashlee gave me my cut, one that I was pleased with. She as well as the rest of the staff there were friendly, but I took off a star from my rating because when the lady went to ring me up the cost was $30! $30 for a haircut!? I know this is a spa, upscale kind of a place, but I don't want nor did I ask to receive any special or extra treatment (e.g. I didn't have anything to drink, I didn't get my hair washed) All I wanted was a simple haircut. As good a job as Ashlee did, I won't be returning to Elle solely because my wallet can't afford it.
