This a a couple who run this business. "Blake" the handyman is very nice and honest. However he only has limited experience with house and yard projects-so make sure from the start he can do all that you need-or find a generalist -plenty out there to do your projects.
$72/hour is relatively high and for his speed/productivity level....I have paid $55 and $60/hour before for real l pros who know everything and are fast. He dos charge $30 hour for buying parts which is good.
Santa Cruz area you can gt a handyman for $35/hour.
NO ELECTRICAL but very basic. No carpentry.
Takes time to us a tablet to photo and audio tape each project what he is going to do...unnecessary and odd.
Wasted a lot of my time to be at the home while he "figured" out what to do...and then only could do 3 of 4 projects...
Again us him selectively if at all..
