I only use the grooming service. We followed Kristin. She has been grooming Haoqi since her first puppy cut. When she left her prior place of employment, no one would tell me where she went. After a couple of other groomers trying to take her place, with no success, Haoqi was not happy and did not make it easy for them. They realized Haoqi missed her and gave us Kristin's new information. She is truly amazing and really cares about the pets she grooms and I think the animals sense that. Haoqi absolutely loves her!
Everyone is also very friendly at check in and pick up.
One issue, since vet services are done elsewhere, I wish that Haoqi's file would get checked at the time I make the appointment and I am advised if anything is required prior to grooming. I'm advised at the reminder call, which does not give me time to get things done before her appointment. I am then required to cancel the appointment or have the service done there. I don't like to have to deal with records at two separate locations. Plus I'm worried of the possibility of doubleing up on unnecessary vaccinations. I have been at the same vet office since we brought Haoqi home and am not looking to permanently change.
