Dr Harling is very good at his craft and he always takes the time to ask me how I am really doing in my life, I feel like family when I go to his office, everyone of his office staff knows my name and shows me that they care about me. Not only do I feel at ease in his office, but I get relief from my neck, back, and hip pain, He also has adjusted my elbows, wrists, and feet when I experience pain from being out of alignment. Thank you Dr H, Dr B and the whole crew for all you guys have done for me.

Dr. Bernard is friendly as well as very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel comfortable and inspired much trust. I would recommend her to anyone needing chiropractic attention. Actually, everyone at Elm Park Chiropractic is friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Harling took an hour just to list me his accomplishments and achievements, and my appointment ended up taking over 90 minutes. He spent a very long time giving me all the reasons why he's the best doctor in the field, but didn't ask me about my pain or why I came to his office in the first place. I will be canceling my upcoming appointments and finding a new chiropractor.

I'm sorry that you were not happy. I did spend a lot of time with you because you were a totally new patient. In fact, I spent my lunch hour with you. I did this because you told my staff that you were in severe pain and we were otherwise booked with established patients. I did give you some of my background for two reasons: because you have the right to know who you are depending on, and because out approach is significantly different than what you have revived in the past. I did discuss your pain in length, as I did the procedure that was used in your treatment. Although Your obviously upset with the time I spent with you and details of our discussion, I'm happy that you reported a 50% improvement of your pain before you left the treatment room. I wish you well in the future.

Dr. Berard is wonderful. I have been experiencing an array of different symptoms in my hips and have been to my PCP, 2 orthopedists and physical therapy. Despite, multiple exams, x-rays and an MRI, none of them have been able to diagnose my problem or has been able to any provide relief. That would be except my chiropractor, Dr. Berard. As difficult as my condition has been to treat she has remained dedicated to providing me with as much relief as she can. She has helped return to me a quality of life that had been quickly deteriorating. I can't thank her enough.

I have had the most wonderful experience coming to Elm Park Chiropractic. Dr. Berard is so kind and understanding. I have had nothing but rewarding visits when I see her. I was in a huge amount of pain and in a few visits was feeling so much better. She is very informative, offers suggestions, and is always available. The office staff is wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Elm Park Chiropractic.
