I felt like I was at a cosmetology school; very hectic. I was sitting under the dryer and had workers sitting in the Booth next to me and another one at the table with me gossiping the whole time about their previous night endeavors.

After my foils were taken off and she was drying my hair I notified a HUGE yellow/brassy color at the peak of my head. I asked her what this was about and she said my color bleed through. Ok so what are you going to do to fix it? She said it would fade??? Seriously?!? I’ve never heard this! It looks ridiculous to the point I’m wearing a hat to cover it up! Not ok.

Then I go to checkout...I hAd my free gold ticket for color and cut; I didn’t get a cut but the girl said I did so whatever. I had to pay for some color processing thing, which ok cool but she messed up my hair! I shouldn’t have had to pay a dime!

I am not happy with the cut, I actually don't like it at all. its hard to manage. I asked for advice on what I should get what would look good with my face frame and size and didn't get much feedback. but gave me layers that I'm not crazy about . The Highlights look good but not good enough to excuse the cut. I left out of there with whatever tint she put on my roots on my forehead ands the side of my face that didn't not come off for 3 days. To me This shouldn't happen if your a professional. I work in a office and had numerous people come up and ask what's wrong with my face, which get annoying after a while. Needless to say I will not be back. This was my first time here and needless to say just didn't do it for me.

This was my first visit and did not know what to expect, I was extremely impressed with the facility. I wanted to change my hair color back to my original color and Janice listen, she did an excellent job not only with my color but with my cut as well. I will be back with my follow-up with Janice. I am also referring my daughter-in-law. I live out in west cobb and was not aware of your facility until I received your packet in the mail. THANK YOU!!

I have never been more UNSATISFIED leaving a salon as after my experience at Elon.

Highlights were not done properly. There are orange spots all over my head. I have been using purple shampoo every other day, but it does not seem to help at all.

Haircut was just frustrating too. It was uneven (front and back) and with a “chopped” lock of hair half way on the length (at the back). The only way to fix it is cutting it shorter. I am currently wearing it up every day to hide the cut.

Not worth $113 for the highlights and $54 for the haircut. It was a terrible (expensive!) experience. I have several pictures to support my comments and I wish I had the option to post them.

Staff is all very friendly. Janice did a good job on my hair considering she was cleaning up a mess made by a different salon. I will recommend the place although I would also make potential clients aware that the prices are extremely high.
