Just moved to the area and needed a vet. Making the appointment was easy, the offices were clean, and the staff was friendly! The doctor was great with our dog, making her feel comfortable during the visit. Seems like we found ourselves a new vet!
We're so glad that you chose our practice and we appreciate the great feedback. We truly love our patients and we look forward to seeing your sweet pet every year. Never hesitate to give us a call or stop by the office if you have any questions. We're here to help!
My dog Lucy woke up coughing and no scheduled appointment times were available. The staff and Dr. Levin found time in a full schedule for her to be seen that day and were very kind and helpful to a worried pet owner.
Chloe was very stressed as most dogs when they go to the Dr . Dr Levin and Trish were wonderful with her . As always Ally was cheerful and helpful. All my pets appreciate you. Thanks for everything you do. PS Ally she finally settled down and ate her treat. Thank you.
I visited the office recently for an exam/cleaning. I had Jaime and she was great! She explained the procedure in detail and was very sweet and understanding of my fears. Glad to see that there are caring people still left in this world.
Velma is amazing & always professional. You need to really train your hair washers though. They are terrible! One was afraid to use her fingers to wash yay hair and used only cold water, even after I asked for warmer water and a rougher shampoos. I figured she was afraid of her job. The other almost drowned me.
You really need to get better shampoo personnel- that is supposed to be the relaxing part.
