Just moved to the area and needed a vet. Making the appointment was easy, the offices were clean, and the staff was friendly! The doctor was great with our dog, making her feel comfortable during the visit. Seems like we found ourselves a new vet!
We're so glad that you chose our practice and we appreciate the great feedback. We truly love our patients and we look forward to seeing your sweet pet every year. Never hesitate to give us a call or stop by the office if you have any questions. We're here to help!
Dr. Levin is excellent with my dog for her regular check up but I love how he follows up and checks on my dog after small procedure or when she's not well. I highly recommend !
It's a pleasure to come to Embassy Lakes Animal Hospital. They make appointments very easily, you don't have to wait very long, and you can tell they really care about your pet. Dr. Levin has a very gentle way with animals and he's careful to explain everything to you without pressuring you to do something you don't want to. Nice people. I've been coming here for two years.
I visited the office recently for an exam/cleaning. I had Jaime and she was great! She explained the procedure in detail and was very sweet and understanding of my fears. Glad to see that there are caring people still left in this world.
Velma is amazing & always professional. You need to really train your hair washers though. They are terrible! One was afraid to use her fingers to wash yay hair and used only cold water, even after I asked for warmer water and a rougher shampoos. I figured she was afraid of her job. The other almost drowned me.
You really need to get better shampoo personnel- that is supposed to be the relaxing part.
