Love the system, very user friendly, looks great and has some really neat features. I love that I'm able to set my alarm through my phone! Any time I've had to call the office I get someone right away and they're extremely friendly. I highly recommend this company!

I have been pleased with this company from the initial installation of my system to the additions I have made to my system. They have the most up to date equipment and systems that you could possibly desire.

Excellent customer service all around. I had another company before and when they flat out wouldn't help me (needed to replace sensor for a new door which was going to cost more than an entire new system for reasons I still don't know) I called them and I couldn't be happier with them. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and I wouldn't trade them for any "99.00 installation and after that you're on your own" kind of company.

Was once a small company that cared about customer service. Now, just another alarm company out to soak dollars.

We have attained our size of satisfied clients because of quality and efficient customer service. MOST of our clients have full service and a $45 deductible per call. I wouldn't describe this as soaking, but great affordable service!

Unfortunately you cannot satisfy everyone. This client is not versed in sending online payments in on time and views it as our issue. When in fact they are constantly late because of their lack of their online payment system and will not listen.
