The staff was great and attentive. My only complaint was the location of the bathroom. Having to go outside the building, then into an elevator to reach the second floor to use the restroom was super inconvenient and time consuming. I had two kids with me which made the experience more difficult. I can’t imagine how challenging it must be for an elderly person or someone in crutches/wheelchair who needs to use the restroom.

Melissa was very friendly and helpful. Back office staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Shapiro seems to really enjoy working with people. He made me feel very comfortable and not rushed as his patient.
