Mostly great. Sometimes the workers cut through my drip system hoses when they are clearing out weeds around my rose bushes. If they could be a little more careful with this, I would give 5 stars.

Empire's maintenance team has come twice and neither time has completed the work agreed to in their proposal. This has been very disappointing. The Empire project team that completed a bigger project for us including fixing sprinklers, building a garden, and mulching did great work and really cared. However, the maintenance team has been very poor in their performance - they have left our gate open, did not replace pathway lighting after moving, knocked over a popper scooper, left that mess for me, and have not weeded or sprayed as agreed. I'd consider using Empire again for their project-based team but not their maintenance team.

They have been great to work with and always done a good job. They clean up behind themselves and don't leave a mess. If there has been a need for a part they always remember and when the part is in come and finish the job.
