I like Dave and the great office manager, however, I can only hope that next year there will be a Crew! I would choose a rate increase if we could get good folks to work.

Quoted 590 plus tax for a total yard cleanup. Two guys showed up (the guy that came to provide quote was not part of the crew) and wanted me to go over everything that needed to be done. They were here for 3 hours and left, which would have come out to over $100 an hour, ridiculous. No weeds were pulled (only weed whacked, which I had already clarified I needed weeds pulled). The yard was in pretty rough shape, although it was an improvement. Spoke to the company and two guys came back out to finish the job. They were ‘finished’ after another hour or so, and although it was an improvement, definitely not up to par for a $600+ job. Will not be returning to empire yard maintenance. Feel like I was overcharged, and I felt the need to do yard work after they left both times. Not what I expected based on reviews.
