European Motor Works saved my car! I inherited a 2002 Mercedes convertible from my parents, however the top was broken and would suspend in mid air. This happened on two different occasions, and living the apartment life in San Francisco, I don't have a garage where I could store it. Thankfully, I took my car to European Motor works to get it repaired, and they were so diligent as to explaining what was broken and the best way to fix it. The cost was reasonable as well -- the dealership was going to charge 2x!

My hair cutter did not know what the heck he was doing. I felt very uncomfortable and he needs more training before he gets hands on experience. Customers do not need to suffer a horrific service. If it wasn't for the guest overseers from the code salon, I fear what my finished look would've turned out to be. Even his coach didn't come around often to make sure my hair cutter was doing alright.
