From the very start with the receptionist, I was treated with courtesy and a real sense of being welcomed. The dental assistant explain each action from "Is it ok if I lowering your seat back down?" Asking permission first explaining what was going to happen next. Started with some small talk to put me at ease. Then Dr. Perry Carnes comes in letting me know what's going to happen next and also asking me and about my work. The injection to anesthetize my tooth was so skillfully done, I really did not feel the needle going in. Instead of walking away while the anesthesia took place he stayed with me looking over the x-ray. BTW, I hand held the x-ray instrument while the picture was taken. I felt no discomfort holding the sensor in my mouth, that was the beginning of the amazing technology that ensued. The only real discomfort I felt was a certain vibration resonance level from the drilling that reacted to my inner ear as discomfort. It happened only in a few instances. Dr. Carnes has an interesting way of listening but was very respectful, not in a hurry, answered every question and I felt he was genuine in his bedside manner as well as his assistant.
Thank you for making this potentially painful and uncomfortable experience "not a problem".
