I went in for a root canal on a tooth that has been problematic for months. It took me so long because I have an extreme phobia of the dentist. The staff at EADG was made aware of this several times. I made an apt for the procedure 3 weeks prior to the apt. I arrived and was brought back immediately...good sign. Then I spoke to the dr who said she would "be right back", and then I sat in that room alone for over an hour. For someone who has extreme phobia, this is the kiss of death. Not to mention my one year old daughter was in the waiting room with my mother. After the 2 hour procedure was completed I went to the waiting room, and talked to my mother who told me, after I was taken back a WALK IN came in and was taken back immediately and got her root canal before me!! I am so mad about how poorly I was treated. Not a sorry or anything. I was there for over 3 hours. I will never go back, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
Also, I'm 3 days post root canal and am in more pain than I started out in. I called and was referred to an aid and got zero help. Never again.

Patients are referred to us by a general dentist who feels that an endodontic specialist is needed. We work in partnership with the referring dentist. All appointments are scheduled in advance, and we are not able to accommodate "walk in" patients.
