After they took my car in, kept it for 1-1/2 days, changed me $145, they said they didn't have the equipment to fix the service shifter.
I was not called at all. Poor customer service. I had to call to find out any info. They told me I had to take it to the dealer. It seems to me they should have known they couldn't fix it and told me that up front.

As for your vehicle, we diagnosed Po1465-00 Implausible driver shift request signal received, Checked battery, battery low state of charge, charge and test battery for replacement, Chrysler has a tsb related to shifter message, beel replacement, will need further diag time for confirmation, You declined the battery replacement, and you declined the further diagnostics for the TSB on your shifter bezel. Now if this is not the case I personally would like to know. But parts are not available from Jeep to fix this at this time. I would love to earn your trust, so please reach out to me to discuss this matter.
