ETE did a great job on my vehicle to get it running again with a new transmission. Everyone was very friendly. The downfall (the reason I gave only 3 stars) is their customer service. I was originally told my transmission would be fixed in a week. I called midweek and they had still not received by transmission. I then called again on Friday to see if they had received it and they had. It would have been nice to be notified when the work was being started and an estimated end time. When it was finished, 2 weeks later, I went to pick it up and when I started the car I had service light come on in my car. I immediately notified one of the service guys who said he would look at it right away. I went to wait in the waiting room, and notified by ride that dropped me off not to leave the area until I found out what was going on. After 30 minutes, I received an update on what they were doing with my vehicle, which was reprogramming the transmission again. It would have been nice to have gotten an initial update on about how long something like that takes so that I knew I would be waiting 30-40 minutes. After another 10 minutes, I was told that the problem was still not fixed. I then had to call my ride back to pick me up and was told come back the following morning to pick up my vehicle. I understand the service light coming on is out of your control, but in the future you might want to update your customers that are waiting about what you are doing and about how long it would take. That would have definitely made my experience a better one and would have lead me to giving you a better review.
