I came in referred by my general physician because of migraine pain. Instead of addressing my reason for visiting, the second I mentioned that I had seasonal allergies and do not feel the need to take anything because the symptoms aren't worth the side effects, Dr. Riley ignored the fact that I came in for recurring migraines and instead prescribed me an expensive nasal spray to help with my seasonal allergies. If I needed basic allergy medication I could have asked my general physician or visited the nearest CVS. Then, I was asked to make a followup appointment for 3 WEEKS later. For what?! No way am I wasting any more of my time or money.

Today's appointment was on time, smooth and Dr. French was very attentive and concerned with all my concerns! I have been having problems for quite some time and he was very encouraging on how we can get this taken care of.

This was just my first visit and we have a plan to help, so we will see how it works after 2 weeks. But over all, everyone was really nice, on time and thorough!

Very professional and helpful staff. Linda Stahelek, the audiologist, was very patient with my four yr old. She made him very comfortable so that he didn't feel anxious of the audiological tests.

Dr. French is great with kids too. He did not suggest any unnecessary tests or treatment. I am glad I chose ENT institute and will definitely recommend it to others who have ENT problems.

Phone lines are consistently busy, difficult for pharmacy to reach the office.
