Front desk staff needs some customer service training or may need some DEI training not very welcoming. I almost walked out - everyone beyond the front desk was very professional.

Came into the office with a very painful ear! The office was friendly and following COVID guidelines ! Jamie , the physician assistant , is one of the most knowledgeable assistants I have had the pleasure of checking me out ! She explained everything she was doing and followed up with treatment ! I returned yesterday after a week and the ear is healing ! The audiologist was amazing and the Doc came in and gave me a positive report! RECOMMEND HIGHLY
