Got a set of 4 new tires followed with an alignment on my 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. About a month later, the insides of the front 2 tires had worn all of the tread off. I took the car back in to have the problem corrected. When I got there, I was told there was nothing they could do because it had passed the warranty period. The attentive staff had entered the wrong mileage on the work slip, making it seem as though I had put over 10,000 miles on the tires in the one month since I had them installed. (Car had 110,000 on it when I got the tires but they entered the mileage as 120,000 and tried to tell me that I was wrong. Is it even possible to put 10,000 miles on a car in one month?) Once I had proven that En-Tire messed up the mileage (making it look like I put a year's worth of miles on the tires) by providing other receipts with the correct mileage, I still had to pay a $50 warranty fee to have the 2 front tires replaced. I wish they would have aligned it correctly to begin with so I would not have had to go through the rest of that awful experience.
