I was referred to EPIC by my best neighbor! I needed a headlamp replaced and was immediately taken without an appointment! John is courteous and direct. He didn't fast-talk me or try to up-sell me on anything. I made a formal appointment to have my oil changed the following week and was again treated like I was EPIC's best customer! John recommended an additive for the oil that has made a "noticeably huge" difference! The engine doesn't feel as if it's working as hard as before. I've also noticed smoother and more responsive acceleration. I have to believe this is going to translate into better MPGs as well over time. I appreciate the work you've done thus far on my Armada. Epic took great care of my family! My wife's Tucson just crossed 100K and hadn't had brakes since we bought it 30,000 miles ago. John and Matt replaced both front and rear, and took care of a serpentine belt that was ready to snap. These guys have a customer for life!
