The lady who performed the procedure was very gentle and patient with me. No complaints 10/10. Not to mention I love Dr. Amber. She’s very open to what I’d like to do vs telling me what I need to be doing. I’ve searched for a good doctor since I left my pediatrician and I have finally found the office for me. So far so good!

I was Called in for lab work because I am anemic which I have a history of and I just received refills for my iron pills and I was just seen at the doctor about January 8th so I came in January 17th for no reason. Unnecessary billing my insurance for a talk about something that was just discussed a week ago. You all need to work on better communication and stop calling patients in for stuff that can be talked about on the app or over the phone this is not my first time going through this.

I only met my doctor once, at my very first appointment. Every appointment after, we’re with nurse practitioners. I went twice for the same issue, back pain for over 6 weeks. Nothing that the nurse suggested was helping. He suggested muscle relaxers, even though I told him nine of that stuff worked. Not once was an X-ray suggested. They tested my urine and updated my electronic chart indicating that I have chronic kidney disease!! Well, that explains my back pain. No phone call, no follow up appointments. I dumped them immediately and found a new doctor.

Wait time in exam room was too long. Medical staff needs more training for hand blood draw. Needle was moved into stressful position during draw and left me with a painful swollen blood bruise.
