The doctors and procedure were excellent.
But when the prescription did not show up at the pharmacy, I called three times to find out if there was a problem. BIG PROBLEM: They don't answer their phone. Instead, they have a recording saying they monitor the phone and asked me to leave my name and number and they would get back to me. NOT! I called once again the next morning: Same recording; same response: NONE.
Not responding to four separate calls (or one) is unprofessional and these guys need someone to manage their customer responses and responsibilities.

I have been seeing Pooneh Newton, PA-C for the past 3 years now at Epiphany/Albuquerque/Eubank Location and she is the finest PA I have ever met or dealt with, in any medical field, I am almost 74, and find her to be personable, super-intelligent, dedicated to her patients (ME) and empathetic on every level (Mohs surgery hurts), and I find her diagnosis and advice to be the best EVER that I have gotten in my long life, and her generous compassion and superb advice and counselling to be FABULOUS and BEST-EVER, and I would recommend Pooneh to any and all dermatology patients, they will not find a better Derm Physician's Assistant in the Southwest USA! She was a very rude women and couldn't give me a straight answer to do the procedure or not all I heard was excuses because I have a certain kind of insurance. It was very unprofessional to how she handled the situation.

Very pleased with the demotologist and surgeon with one exception. Once I received the results of my biopsy on my cheek which revealed I needed a Mohs surgery, the first available date for the surgeon was more than six weeks. I feel that is way too long to wait.
