Wait time after scheduled appointments are not necessary. My appointment was at 10:00 and I arrived at 9:50. Was not called back to the exam room until 10:18.

Once there both ladies were very attentive and took care of my concerns. No complaints about the exam.

Departure was 10:45

The examination and treatment were fine, but the bill charged for 30-45 minutes. I was seen for about 6 minutes.

Ms Luna was fine, but she has to be restricted because of understaffing.

I thought I had an appointment for minor surgery. It turns out the surgeon s not seeing new patients.

The understaffing and the surgeon dilemma are both sad and not conducive to patient loyalty or good health.

no issues with the provider. It’s the other clinical staff. They make mistakes every month that I am there. I have never had a smooth sailing with picking up my prescription. and it’s never the pharmacists fault. It’s always the MAs entering my dose incorrectly or never sending in the RX at all. Then when I have to call to get the issues corrected, Getting someone to answer the phone is nearly impossible. When I have to call to get help with issues with my prescription, I have to call more than once since my voicemails rarely get returned. Laurie in scheduling is rude and doesn’t know how to pass along messages.

Had a problem of an epidermal cyst. The practitioner I saw prescribed adapalene ointment. I used it for about two months. Cyst did not decrease in size. So, I checked the Internet and found that that ointment is used to treat acne, not cysts. This does not inspire confidence in the knowledge of the practitioner. Fortunately, I found another dermatologist. She drained the cyst. I haven't had an recurrence of this problem.

I was so pleased with my appointment with Sarah Allan. After so many hurried appointments it was so nice to be treated with professionalism and respect that a patient deserves. My concerns were answered and treated and I left with a weight lifted.

Her assistant and the receptionist were so welcoming and I will go back with no hesitation now. Thank you

I made an appointment to see a Dermatologist ... and saw a nurse.

She was fine and seemed knowledgeable, but not the Doctor.

This seems to be the trend ... patients should know who they will actually see when the appointment is made.

My copay was for a Doctor/Specialist ... seems as though the copay should be adjusted for actual services provided.
