Worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare facility. If I had to describe my experience in a word, it would be apathetic. Concerns presented during my appointment were blatantly ignored. The doctor couldn't even show the most basic and minimal amount of respect by acknowledging that I was heard or providing a short response. On multiple occasions, the staff has sent my prescription to a pharmacy three hours away and majorly inconvenienced me with the responsibility of sorting out their mistake, as well as significantly delayed my access to the medication. The receptionist is not friendly and became combative when I asked some questions about my insurance that were coming from a place of pure misunderstanding. I am very young and don't completely understand all of the ins and outs of insurance, so I was just looking for clarification. But she was visibly and audibly very annoyed with the questions. Overall, the staff is extremely transactional and seem to operate as quickly as possible with little to no regard for customer experience.
