There really was no discussion on could be causing the issue, the visit lasted 5 minutes and a cream was prescribed. Was looking for more. At least a mild curiosity.

Scam!!! I was charged for him to not treat me. Instead of recommendations he made excuses on why there was nothing that could help me. I got in with a different dermatologist and gave me a list of treatment options and he worked with me to determine the best ways to help.

This was my first time visiting Epiphany and after arriving 15 mins earlier than my appointment which is what the arrival instructions recommended me to do, I continued to wait 30 minutes after my original appointment time therefore waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room. When I got into the patient room, the intake coordinator told me that I could only speak to the doctor about ONE concern. Because I had two concerns, I had to choose which one I needed to speak to the doctor about. Never have I had that kind of experience at any doctors office. Once the doctor came in and spoke about my ONE concern, he didn’t ask if I had any other questions. He was in the patient room for a total of 5 minutes. I do not think that is the way you should be operating. Since this was my first visit, I do not plan on coming back to this office. I took time out of my busy day to spend an hour at your office and now I have to book ANOTHER appointment at ANOTHER practice so I can ask my other questions. Unbelievable.

The doctor was very short with me (was with me maybe 10mins at the max.) Made me fell uncomfortable because he asked if I wanted him to check out my chest area. I said yes because that’s where I always burn the most. Lost checkup I had with the last doctor was so much more thorough and ever single inch was looked at due to my family history with sick cancer.

Not attentive, and set up unnecessary further appointment.

Indifferent- not a modicum of interest in knowing anything about me as patient particularly since he was new to an established practice.

Exam felt rushed compared to many other yearly derm exams

This was my first time going to a dermatologist and I felt so comfortable and welcome. I will definitely be back and would be willing to recommend any friends and family to this business.

He was fine. His assistant thought I was there for something else entirely and was rude.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Reader. From the moment I arrived in the clinic, I was impressed. The front office staff was pleasant and the MA was well-trained and respectful.

I found Dr. Reader to be very accessible in her demeanor, while professionally candid and thorough. I was very impressed that there was no upselling of cosmetic products and services that Dr. Reader quickly assessed i was not interested in. That was my biggest worry!

My only complaint has to do with the building management, not the clinic. It is pretty presumptuous that the entire building located at 3773 Cherry Creek North Drive seems adverse to posting the actual address anywhere except the loading dock in the back, choosing instead to call it only the Ptarmigan. After walking around the entire building to confirm it was the correct location, I encountered a frantic woman consulting her phone trying to find 3773 Cherry Creek North Drive. It was some consolation that I was not the only one having that trouble, and that is why I am mentioning it here.

I look forward to my next visit now that I know where the building is!

The doctor wasn’t very confident about my options. Felt defeated.
