I was 15 minutes late and they did not attend me, okay, I understand the clinic's policy, but because they charge you a $ 65 for not arriving at your appointment if you have already missed it and in a normal appointment if you miss it is $ 30. Also, being a long-time customer, they should give you the opportunity to warn you before charging. I felt very sad with the deal

They were very efficient in getting me checked in and back to the exam room. When the doctor came in I felt very rushed. She didn’t give me time to ask questions.

Not recommended. Poor doctor patient interaction. You have options in Frisco for dermatologists. So go elsewhere.

Had to wait 30 minutes to get in to see doc. Doc was very impersonal and all of the costs estimates were extremely high.

Katie Vo is the best dermatologist I have ever seen. She is remarkably helpful with her diagnosis and super helpful with treatment options. Katie is tender and compassionate with our teenage daughter. Five Stars. *****

While the patient care has always been quick and efficient, the wait times are really absurd. I was on time for my appointment and waited 45 minutes to be taken to a room. The extreme back up in the office caused me to be late for preschool pickup, even though my actual time with a provider was less than 10 minutes. I should have been in and out!

This review is specifically about the staff as I think Dr. Lucy Li is a competent and thorough dermatologisy. The front desk staff is not pleasant to deal with and after this last visit, I don't think I will be back. I sat in the front waiting room for almost an hour with no explanation or apology for the delay. Interestingly enough, they have literature posted all over the waiting room about their cancellation/late policy. Once I was called back and changed into a short paper crop top with a paper "blanket", I sat another 30 minutes or more while sweating through the paper and trying unsuccessfully to keep the front of the crop top closed. By the time Dr. Li came in the room (with no apology for the delay), the backs of my legs were stuck to the paper on the examination table and my back was sore from sitting there so long with no back support. After my examination, the person checking me out gave me a different total than the person I spoke with about my new insurance. When I asked for a detailed receipt, she told me she couldn't give me one. When I asked her how I could obtain one (for insurance), she said it would be ready at the end of the day. I asked her to email it to me and she said she could only send it via USPS. I don't have a lot of confidence that she remembered to do so.
