This business is unbelievably frustrating to work with. I simply want to understand my biopsy results and cannot get a human on the phone, despite 10+ calls over the last 2 days. I work in healthcare and therefore I understand the reality of staffing issues, but if I don’t pick up the phone during the 10 seconds it rings, I won’t be able to speak to anyone at your office until AT LEAST the next day. A 10-second window is not very flexible for patients. Kerbi is the ONLY reason I continue to use Epiphany, despite years of communication issues.
