Wow, what a waste of time and money.
Staff is more concerned about letting me know how much every cost, from that days visit to any procedures.
Wait time was quick. But once in, my whole time spent with the Dr was at most 3-4 mins. Everything felt rushed, they kept informing me of the cost for this and that.
A few pictures were taken of my face , but nothing was throughly examen. I left with a concerned feeling that I was not properly handled and insured about my primary concern.
On top of that, upon leaving the person at the register was trying to charge me. I informed them that I have an HRA account and that they could just bill my insurance. She got up to ask what an HRA was. Smh
