Dr Le Tang was excellent but one of the receptionist was very rude had a attitude not only that she was talking rude to one guy I just couldn’t believe how she was acting she tried with me and I got right back with her your not talking crazy to me.

waited for over an hour. booked the available doctor and was i believe rearranged to see the doctor i saw the first time. then they were in and out in 3-4 minutes. Brought up a medicine to use and then never followed up.

Hard to get the right person to talk

When I went in for my appointment on the 23,there were no empty seats, people bringing their children in especially teenagers talking loudly and other children crawling around it was horrible. I am fully vaccinated but I still wear a mask anytime I go into a business. But anyway I have skin cancer on the back of my hand and I have been putting the cream that Ms.Lillian prescribed for me to put on it for 6 weeks, and when I went in on the 23 the place on my hand was light pink and where you could just barely see it. It did have a very small scab on it and she said she was concerned about it and told me that she was going to have to freeze it off which she did. Then she tells me that if the scab didn't fall off that they would either have to freeze the whole thing off or cut it out. The whole place on my hand turned into one big blister and now looks like it did when I first went in?And wants me to come back in in January?I don't understand!!!

Awful. Staff doesn’t communicate with one another, doctor knows nothing about my medical history with the ONE MEDICATION IM ON. Told two very different times on when they want my blood work done. Won’t let me do a virtual appointment because I live three hours away even though they do nothing in office.

I had a terrible infection from an old root canal that had failed I got as a child. I chose to have a implant done once I get the tooth removed and infection was gone. Dr. Lucente was able to take care of it the next day. I was nervous about the whole procedure but the staff and Dr. Lucente were amazing. I blinked and it was over. The next day I dont even need pain medications. The office is very clean. Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable and makes sure you understand your treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Lucente and his entire staff as they helped me take care of this once and for all.
